The current product is early access to the digital album Synesthesia by A Broken Hart Kid. Product descriptions, pricing, release timing, and included materials are displayed at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize the stated one-time charge. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Receipts are sent to the email used at checkout. Early-access delivery information is also sent electronically. You are responsible for entering an accessible email address and checking spam or junk folders.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

A digital purchase is for the purchaser's personal, noncommercial use. It does not transfer copyright, publishing rights, master ownership, resale rights, public-performance rights, or permission to redistribute, upload, share, reproduce, or commercially exploit the music or files.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

Reasonable changes may be made to the website, delivery method, release schedule, or product presentation. Any material change affecting an existing purchase will be communicated using the purchaser's checkout email when reasonably possible.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
